PAYMENT INFO

All prices listed are GST inclusive and in NZ dollars. 

Secure online payment options are via Visa/Mastercard and internet banking. We use the secure Hosted Payment page solution from Stripe payments to process online orders. This Hosted Payment page enables us to offer customers a safe and speedy online shopping experience.

Customers can be confident that their details are protected and are used only for purposes of transaction fulfilment. Waiheke Filters does not store cardholder or card information.

SHIPPING INFO

The item/s will be shipped direct to your address.

 

We ship using Waiheke Couriers/NZ Couriers from our base on Waiheke Island at the following rates:

Central Waiheke Island - $11.50 Flat Rate

Rural Waiheke Island - $17.25 Flat Rate

Shipping to all other destinations on request. Please contact us.  

Delivery is usually within 1-3 working days. Please provide any special instructions in the cart section. 
 

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us at info@waihekefilters.co.nz or call us on 027 288 5708 within 7 days from the date of delivery to arrange a refund or exchange.


If you change your mind about a product or service, you’re not automatically entitled to a refund or exchange.

Refunds for specials orders/ non-stock items will incur a restocking fee and return shipping has to be paid by the customer. Return shipping for a refund or exchange is the responsibility of the customer. We will cover the cost of returning the exchanged item on a case by case basis.

The item/s must not be used and be in its original packaging. If the item/s do not meet these conditions a refund or exchange will not be processed.

If a product proves to be faulty Waiheke Filters will either refund or replace the product.

Waiheke Filters will not replace, remedy or refund the product under circumstances of vandalism, misuse or general lack of care.
